Kyle is both friendly and incredibly helpful with all things pool-related - he helped me make a decision around my pool automation system, and found what parts I needed to transform my pool's chlorination to salt water. The prices here are also quite impressive. If you're comfortable doing your own pool plumbing, you'll spend 1/2 the cost on your parts if you get them here instead of from a company that installs them for you.

Was referred to this company by our pool guy Own and it sure was a pleasure to walk into a place that specialized in pool chemicals not trying to sell you a hot tub! Pricing was great and Kyle at the front desk was super knowable and helpful!

This place is great! A+ customer service. They fixed my spa circuit board promptly for a great price and answered all my questions. I also got a new hot tub cover for a very reasonable price. I will now recommend everyone I know with a pool or spa to come here.

I called in today to inquire about service as my hot tub is not heating. I was walked through all potential issues including the possibility of my filter simply needing to be changed. My hot tub is old and built in to my deck, I’ve had tons of problems that always come with a pricy service call and a bandaid. Thank you for taking the time to help and suggest some easy fixes. You guys are amazing! Fingers crossed it’s an easier fix than I thought.
